Today started out with a little duet on the piano with Grandpa S. He did briefly contemplate a solo career but is still debating. After much music making we had to get ready to go visit with Kathy, Donna, Rich and Grace. Much fun was had and Grace and Luke got to know each other a little. Luke was a little rambuncious though, so had to be closely monitored. (hee hee).
After leaving a long nap was taken during the car ride and stops to Great Grandma N.'s house and the mall. Once we got back home Grandma Kay, Mommy and Luke took a walk to a nearby park where we swung for a while and Grandpa S. joined us a little later on.
We went back to the house and got fed Pears and rice cereal by Mommy and Grandpa S. After the delicious meal, Luke got a bath where he splashed happily and tried to eat the bath toys.
After the bath he sat at the table while Mommy, Grandpa and Grandma all ate and munched on some cucumber and then some veggie puffs. We finally figured out that if you suck on the sippy cup (rather than bite it) you actually are rewarded and get something out! Hopefully this will lead to a happy future of sippy cup drinking.
After the big people's dinner, Grandma Kay gave Luke his bottle and he crashed out for the night, sleeping very heavily behind Mommy while she types this and hopes and prays that he doesn't wake up!
